Thick, generous, and full of character, these eggless cookies are baked fresh in-house with a focus on texture and depth. Brown butter forms the base, adding a caramel-like richness that runs through the dough.
Chunks of couverture chocolate and bits of buttery toffee are folded in, creating contrast in both flavour and bite. As the cookie bakes, the toffee softens into pockets that add a subtle chew against the chocolate.
The result is a dense, soft center with golden, crisp edges that hold everything together. Each bite feels layered, rich, and made to be savoured slowly.
How do i reheat?
Simply reheat the cookie in a microwave dish at bursts of 5 seconds until the right texture is achieved.
